Here is an example of balance beacuse It's perfectly in place the frame is filled with the main focuses the colors are just right the exposure is just right and The camera viewpoint and subject placement were all carefully selected to create this well balanced in the photo

The lines around helps focus on the main thing in the frame

Rule of Thirds

This is a good shot for Rule of Thirds because the shot is vertical but its at a angle to the far right. And the main part is clearly seen in the focus

Simplicity

This is a perfect picture of Simplicity because the main focus is the guy with the flags in his hand. The shot was taking real close so that the background wouldn't be a big destraction of the main focus.
